STEP 01

Vehicle import is created

The vehicle enters GariSuite before it reaches the yard. Supplier details, purchase price, shipment status, documents, and expected arrival are captured from the start.

STEP 02

Import documents are organised

Purchase documents, shipping details, clearing documents, inspection files, and vehicle records are attached to the vehicle so nothing gets lost across WhatsApp, email, and paperwork.

STEP 03

Landed cost is calculated

GariSuite captures duty, freight, clearing, transport, repairs, preparation, and any extra costs so you know the true cost of the vehicle before selling.

Supplier balances are tracked

Payments, partial settlements, outstanding balances, and vehicle-linked supplier obligations are tracked clearly so your management team knows what is owed and what has been cleared.

Buyer inquires through WhatsApp

A buyer messages your business number. GariSuite captures the conversation, identifies the buyer, and starts turning the chat into a structured sales opportunity.

AI understands buyer intent

Lead is captured automatically

The buyer becomes a structured lead with phone number, interest, budget, preferred model, timeline, conversation history, and follow-up status.
