Why we built GariSuite
We watched Kenyan car yards lose leads every night. Buyers would message on WhatsApp at 9PM asking about a specific Harrier - and the next morning, they had already bought from a competitor who replied faster.
The problem wasn't the salespeople. It was the absence of a system. Inventory in spreadsheets, leads in scattered WhatsApp chats, imported vehicles tracked on paper, supplier balances in memory. There was no single place where the whole operation lived.
We built GariSuite to fix this - starting from import records and landed costs, all the way to AI-assisted buyer conversations, booked viewing appointments, and confirmed sales. One system. Complete visibility.

Built for Kenya first
We design for the realities of the Kenyan market - WhatsApp as the primary sales channel, M-Pesa for payments, Swahili and English buyers, and imported vehicles from Japan and the UAE.
